Return & Exchange Policy

1- You can return or exchange your order only while the courier is still at your door.
2- You're allowed to open and check the order before the courier leaves. If you want to return or exchange, tell the courier immediately.
3- After the courier leaves, we can't accept any returns or exchanges.

١- يحق للعميل طلب الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال فقط أثناء وجود المندوب في موقع التسليم
ويُسمح بفتح الاوردر وفحص المنتجات قبل مغادرة المندوب.
٢- في حال رغبتكم في الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال، يُرجى إبلاغ المندوب فورًا.
٣-بعد مغادرة المندوب، لا يمكن قبول أي طلبات استرجاع أو استبدال.
